Expense Packet
Expense Packet turns receipts into the reimbursement packet an employer or accountant accepts. It works entirely on your iPhone: there is no account, no server run by us, and nothing is uploaded.

Expense Packet never asks for a name, email address, phone number or password.
Receipts, claims and built packets are stored in the app's own storage on your device.
There are no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics and no cross-app tracking.
Expense Packet stores the claims you create, the receipt images and PDFs you add, the details read from or typed onto each receipt, any conversion rates you enter, the packets you build, your claimant or business details, and your app settings. All of it is kept in the app's storage on your device.
The app asks for camera access only when you tap Scan, and uses it only to photograph a receipt. It never records video or audio. If you decline, you can still add receipts from Photos or Files.
When you import from Photos, the app uses Apple's system photo picker. That picker hands over only the items you choose, so the app is never given access to your whole photo library. Importing from Files works the same way through Apple's document picker.
Location data is removed. When you import a photo, the app writes a new copy without the original metadata, so the location where a photo was taken, the capture timestamp and camera identifiers are not carried into your claim or into a packet you send to someone else.
Expense Packet uses Apple's Vision framework to read the text on a receipt and suggest a date, merchant, amount and currency. This runs entirely on your iPhone. Receipt images are not sent anywhere for processing. Suggested values are marked so you can check them, and you can change any of them.
We do not operate a server for Expense Packet. We do not receive your receipts, claims, packets, amounts, merchants, contacts, location or any personal identifier. We do not sell personal data, and there is nothing for us to sell.
When you share or save a packet, you choose the destination through iOS: mail, messages, Files, or another app. The packet contains the receipt images and the details you entered. Once you send it, it is handled by whoever receives it and by the service you sent it through.
If you share a receipt into Expense Packet from another app, the file is copied into the app's own storage on your device and nothing else happens to it until you open the app.
Expense Packet Unlimited is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment card details or your Apple Account credentials. Apple tells the app whether the purchase is active so the paid features can be unlocked.
You can export a backup file from inside the app. Where that file goes is entirely your choice, and it is then covered by whatever service you saved it to. We never receive it.
You can delete any claim or receipt in the app, and Settings has an option to delete everything. Deleting the app removes its storage from your device. Because there is no account and no server, this is the complete picture: there is no copy held anywhere else for us to delete.
Expense Packet is a tool for work expenses and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
